Zonal heat management system for datacenters

Our zonal heat management will predict temperature rises, using CFD simulations to enable smart workload orchestration, transferring the workload from hot areas to colder areas to keep the system thermally balanced.

In addition to the overall efficiency of the system, the CFD model DataCenterDST© can also calculate efficiency indexes at each server and cooling unit, which will serve to the development of zonal heat management system in ECO-QUBE.

Deviations from 100% of the RCI exhibit an indication of declining cooling performance of a server component. As seen in the following figure, the calculation of the RCI metric for each server component shown on the left can capture the zonal efficiency of a rack.
